Description:
Angle steel tower refers to the self-supporting high-rise steel structure made of angle steel, which is the
earliest tower type applied by operators. The angle steel tower is divided into two types: floor iron tower
and roof iron tower, which are generally composed of foundation, tower foot, tower leg, tower body,
platform, lightning rod, antenna support and ladder. The floor iron tower is an iron tower installed on
the ground or on the ceiling of the machine room (one or two floors), with a height of 20 to 50 meters.
It can provide a high antenna height, and can also install various types of antennas, suitable for use in
suburbs and rural areas. The roof tower is an iron tower installed on the roof of the building, with a height
of 10 meters to 25 meters and a platform of one to three floors. It is characterized by stable structure and
is suitable for installing various types of antennas. When the building height is not enough, this erection
method is often used.
Angle steel tower is suitable for counties, towns, fields, hills, mountains and other areas with low landscape
requirements and easy land acquisition, and for areas with complex environment and difficult transportation.
